Still billing me while contract has expired

Since August last year 2012 when my contract expired I am still being billed until todate with no line. I have tried numerous time going to the headquarters so they can remove my information from their billing system since we dont have any contractual agreement. Also the credit refund for all the months they have issued wrongful debit orders still pending although the request was sent again numerous time...
