VODACOM Incorrectly billing my account

I cancelled my account with Vodacom last year October because their prices werent competitive. They required me to pay an early cancellation fee to which I obliged. Since then Vodacom has continued to bill my account on a monthly basis regardless! Upon realizing this 3 months down the line I queried this with them and they supposedly updated their records and authorized a refund which was expected to take two weeks. Within that 2 week period yet another sum of money was debited to my account by Vodacom and no credit of the outstanding fees owed to me has transpired! I tried the call centre but was hung up on and on top of that because Im no longer with Vodacom the cost of staying on the line to speak to an incompetent agent is exhorbitant! In the end I was forced to ask my bank to prevent flows out of my account to Vodacom like someone might handle a or criminal activity! This service isnt free and thus further expense was incurred to prevent Vodacoms activity! Im utterly revolted at your pathetic company and will never be doing business with you and neither will any of my friends and family at that!
