I have been a Neotel client for about 4 years, starting with the Prime device which I was a happy user despite a few pitfalls.
Most recently Neotel has launched some new products like Wifi/USB/Cordless Landline which is what I upgraded to. After my discussions with Damian I was told the same account billing structure will be used which after month 3 it is not.
My Deposit for International Dialling seems to be lost and the price I was quoted for paying has doubled, I have this in writing from them, but they aren't willing to budge.
