UNABLE TO USE PHONE WHEN INTERNET IS BEING USED

This matter has been ongoing - was sorted out at the end of last year, but since a few drops of rain we are back to square one. If I am on the internet, which I need from 8am - 10pm daily, and a phone call comes in the internet is cut off - which is costing me money. I am not able to make a phone call and have the internet on as this also cuts the internet off - again costing me money. I have had to give up a job because I am supposed to use the phone and the internet at the same time - now unemployed!!!
The last time this happened it was established that there was water in the exchange box at the Total Garage at St Helena Bay.
Reported fault - no response - got an SMS yesterday to say someone was at the house on Wednesday and no one was home. No, because I had to go out but had someone told me they were on their way, I would have stayed home.
I take it that as I have not been able to use a phone for almost 3 weeks now, I will not have to pay rental for something I am unable to use.
Can someone please get someone to sort out this problem today as in NOW>
There was a fantastic guy by the name of Okkie who found the fault the last time, maybe this fault can be given to him.
