Please make me understand if an add says you get free 500mb with a new S4 package (advertised on their website) why am I not getting it??
2 investigations logged, numerous follow up calls on my behalf made to Vodacom and still no free mb. Not one courtesy call made by Vodacom to me to apologise any inconvenience.
Nearly 4 weeks ago I purchased the Samsung S4 on contract, according to the ad you will receive an additional free 500 mb for 24 months. I was assured by 2 diff consultants that will be the case. I have spoken to a line manager and another manager who promised me a courtesy call upon logging my second investigation and no such thing happened. They are making me feel like a by logging these "investigations" and not having courtesy to contact me before closing it. This is the link to the add:

Can somebody from Vodacom please have courtesy to contact me and give me my free mb. Or come fetch your phone and I will gladly switch over to another service provider who will give me what is advertised.
