I had a cell phone contract with this company trough my employer, the contract was for 26 months and the instalment was R240 monthly. I paid the contract till it paid up but the company kept on debiting my salary. I called them to close the account and to stop debiting, they said it was done and I migrated to pre-paid this was on November 2012. I went on leave and coming back didn't take my payslips but I got the resent one and the deductions for the phone are debited. I called to find out, a statement was send to me and they said they will refund me what they owe.
