I booked my BlackBerry in at the Tygervalley Repairs center at about 10am this morning. At my request, they kindly gave me a loan phone to use while mine was being repaired. At about 3pm today (the same day) I got a call to say I could come and collect my phone. Parts had been replaced and it's working perfectly so far - now THAT'S what I call service- thank you.
