I booked my BlackBerry into the the Cel C repair center at Tygervalley Shopping mall this morning around 10 am. They kindly gave me a loan phone to use while mine was being repaired. At about 3pm this afternoon I got a call to say I could come and fetch my phone - parts had been replaced and my phone is working perfectly - now THAT's what I call service. Thank you
