Our internet has been out of order for 4 months now. Telkom is aware of the problem and also the cause, but chose to ignore it and do absolutely nothing about it.
The internet card in the Telkom box on the street corner is broken, but the person responsible for ordering new cards, refuses to do so. Without that card, we will never resolve the problem.
We have spent hours and hours with Telkom on the phone trying to get someone to do something, but no one is interested in helping. As soon as they see they can't fix the problem, they run away!
It is unbelievable that a company can give such pathetic service and get away with it!
After my first report on Hellopeter, I was contacted by someone, but once again that turned out to be a waste of time, because that person also could not reslove the problem and eventually just stopped trying.
