I have spent 10 days with intermittent internet, probably had about 2 hours total internet time... I have spent hours of every day talking to my ISP, afrihost, who are supposed to manage my telkom support, they have given me tons of reference numbers and escalations and ten days later I am no further forward in getting connectivity.
I was now told this morning that telkom can take up to a year to fix this problem and my ISP told me my only solution is to open a mobile data account...
So I have to get a new service because telkom can't give me connectivity?
