I phoned RMCS a couple of times to port another cellphone number to Cell C as my contract is finished with them and I want to move away from them. This is a useless case. Each time, I am assured by the customer representitive that it will be done within one month, but each time nothing happens. The call centre is overloaded. 25 minutes to reach a consultant. And after speaking to a consultant, they are unable to provide you with a reference number to follow up on the situation. I am tired of trying now. Each time wasting R30 airtime to call them and then again: NO RESULTS.
