I have an cell c number which is registered with RMCS, I have been trying to do a sim swap and went into cell c only to be told that I need to contact RMCS, I have been trying the head office numbers and have sent numerous emails to the contacts on the website, however the lines do not even work as you can never get through. It is irritating as now you have to keep calling these people who are never there, all I need is a sim swap but it seems that RMCS in unable to do anything for their customers
