In December we but a Walka. Since it was linked to our account we having problems with signal. Every second day I have to waste airtime to phone in to restore the signal. Why buying something like the Walka and I still have to phone in to get the signal restored.
The lady at the call centre told me that it loses signal and that I just have to phone in every time to restore signal. If it is the signal why don't I get the same error message on my normal DSTV.
Please fix this as we are paying for a service that is not working properly. Getting fed up now with this. How's going to refund me every time I need to phone to restore the signal???
