I Logged in a query at Cellc call centre billing department and the reference given to me was 3011 00 25 77 and after 3 days of waiting for the reply the only answer given is what I already did and the initial query was not resolved at all, it really makes me wonder how you guys handle our queries (UNPROFESSIONAL), ita actually a very long story to write here but i will appreciate if someone who knows his/her story calls me to find out what actually happened, cause it really irritates that everytime u call u had to explain the same thing over and over and over and over again, really now please guys run that company in a proffessional manner, cause it really showed me that all ur department are not in sync...
