In December our telephone and internet went down. We logged a fault and waited a full week for it to be dealt with in spite of phoning and following daily and sometimes twice a day.
A few months later, same thing happened - again both the phone and internet went down. This time we phoned several times and eventually went into a branch. They told me to use the branch phone to call once more. Eventually a technician showed up without warning at 8am on a Sunday morning.
After this repair the phone was almost unusable due to line crackling.
Again, on Monday night we found that our phone and internet had gone down. I logged a call online (since again we couldn't phone) and have to date received no assistance. As I write this I am now on the phone, from my cellphone which costs a fortune, to follow up and have so far been holding the line "for the next available consultant" for 11 minutes. This is absolutely disgusting, costing me a lot of money in both data and telephonic use, and losing me business.
