I reported a fault that my ADS line does not work on the 17th I recieved a message that the service is restored, but still no internet. I phone the call centre every day and the only response is that they are busy working on the fault. I also send a complain to Telkom but every time I recieve a note to say thank you they will contact you, up to date no one from Telkom phoned me.
I am depended on the internet for an income.
Please help me.
