Final Solution?

I cant understand why this simple messaging service still does not work. This is my 3rd email to HelloPeter concerning the non existent SMSing from my cellphone. Each time I write a complaint Nashua Replies with speed and really give me the impression that they will have it working ASAP except after a day of service they stop communicating and stop trying.

Please fix the problem. Thanks.
