After several attempts to unsubscribe, lodging a complaint with ISPA as well as a previous HelloPeter on 23 October 2012, on which Nashua Mobile responded and confirmed that my details have been removed from ALL their email distribution lists, I have yet again received another similar email from Nashua Mobile. So it shows me that Nashua Mobile has no intention of really stopping this relentless pursuit to irritate me with unlawful unsolicited emails, even after many attempts (on record) to stop it.
Seriously, Nashua Mobile, what will it take?
I am now seeking legal advice as well as the procedure for pursuing this on a criminal level as indicated by SECTION 45 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002, which declares Nashua Mobile's actions as unlawful and criminal.
