CELL C SERVICE!!!

Complained on Hellopeter on the 26/03/13 about not receiving my phone. Got a reply and was dealing with a person named Blanche. After finally sending her an email on the 02/04/13 of my C cover form because the branch had misplaced it i was told that all will be sorted out. Got a call on the 03/04 to say that i will be charged a contribution amount and it will be high priority. TODAY 12/04/13 I have still not received my phone nor any feedback from Cell C, even Blanche has not replied to my email? WHAT KIND OF ESCALATED QUERY IS THIS, IF A QUERY THAT IS HIGH PRIORITY WITH CELL C TAKES THIS LONG, IMAGINE ONES THAT ARE NORMAL.SO NOW I HAVE WASTE 2 MONTHS OF SUBSCRIPTION FEE FOR A PHONE I DONT HAVE BECOZ OF THE INCOMPETENCE OF CELL C AND THE LOCAL STORE.& STILL THEY WANT CHARGE ME A CONTRIBUTION FEE? 2) on monday 08/04/13 as my wife tried to dial on my other contract, it said calls are barred. Called Cell c, next day for over 45 mins was told the line was blocked as my acc is too high (which is ludicrous as i put a limit on the acc).gt a ref number n promised to be called in 2 days: ref no 304090291 NOTHING TILL TODAY.BOTH LINES i AM PAYING PREMIUM RATES BUT NO SERVICE AT ALL. DISAPPOINTED
