Cell C absolute no response after 32 emails

My telephone was disconnected Sunday 31/3/13 before the invoice due date.
After struggling a week I still had no joy from Cell C and I lodged a report on Hello Peter.
Cell C immediately responded Blanche will come back to me.
Nothing happened,
On Monday I received up to date statements from Cell C. They were correct and reflected payments Cell C didn't have on previous statements. These statements proof that they had no reason what so ever to suspend forget permanently deactivate the service.
To get the service working I paid the full amount they wanted.
Mhlongo immediately acknowledged the payment and stated that the service will be reinstated immediately.
That was Tuesday. Now it is Friday afternoon and still nothing.
Obviously Mholongo, customer service and David MPhiwe IGNORE my emails.
This has been going on for 12 days. It is impossible to speak to a human being. Mhlongo even says he phoned me continuously for a week on my deactivated pone who says "This number does not exist." He is obviously a bad as well.
PLEASE HELP.
My account is fully paid.
The number was wrongly suspended.
