I TRIED TO MAKE A CALL ON SATURDAY MORNING ONLY TO BE DISCONNECTED DUE TO INSUFFICIENT FUNDS.THIS WAS ODD AS MY AIRTIME OF A THOUSAND IS LOADED MONTHLY ON THE 1st.
CALLED THE CALL CENTRE, THANDEKA TOLD ME THAT IT'S DUE TO MY INTERNET USAGE.
NOW I WAS BEWILDERED, I HARDLY GO ON THE INTERNET AND THE LAST TIME I WENT WAS FOR LYRICS.HOW ON EARTH DOES ANYONE USE INTERNET FOR A THOUSAND IN 5 DAYS!!!
SHE THEN ADVISED ME THAT THEY WILL SEND ME A USAGE REPORT ON TUESDAY AS THEIR BILLING DEPARTMENT IS NOT WORKING ON WEEKENDS.I CONCEDE AND WAIT FOR THE REPORT.
TUESDAY COMES AND NO REPORT OR CALL COMES THROUGH, I CALL AGAIN AND A MELUSI TELLS ME THE SAME STORY.HE SEND OUT A REQUEST FOR MY USAGE REPORT AND ADVISES ME THAT GET BACK TO ME TUESDAY AFTERNOON OR WEDNESDAY MORNING.
I CALMLY YET AGAIN WAIT ON A RESPONSE.WEDNESDAY PASSES, I THEN AGAIN DECIDE TO MAKE A CALL ON THURSDAY AND GET THROUGH TO A LESLEY.
HE FINDS ME THE USAGE REPORT AND TELLS ME IT'S THE INTERNET SITES I HAVE VIEWED.
I LET HIM KNOW THAT HE HAS TO OPEN A CASE ON MY NUMBER AS I DID NOT MAKE USE OF THE INTERNET AS THE REPORT MAY INDICATE.I HAVE MY OWN HISTORY ON THE BLACKBERRY WHICH DIFFERS WITH THE REPORT
