Received Samsang Pocket S5300 on my Cell C contract - this phone spends more time in for repairs than actualy works. The phone is on and then automatically switches off and receives no calls - problem is you do not know it - signal is fine. It is being used for businees so business is being lost and can't use phone at all.
The phone has been returned to Cell C x4 times and just comes back without being sent to Samsung - apparently this is a software problem with this phone i beleive. Am paying for something i am not using and quite franktly do not want. Cell C are not interested at all in rectifing my problem.
