I have a contract with MTN and had a relationship with them for over 3 years but I was shocked when I received a credit report in January 2013 and it showed that MTN handed my account over in December 2012, I have tried apply for other personal accounts but I get a decline due to this and your call centre cannot help as I want this handed over status removed on my report, why do this to customers that are loyal to the business..fix this MTN as it entirely unfair and chasing customers
