Inncorect billing

Been billed incorrectly for last 8 months. Been communicating with the MTN dealer that we signed contract with for last 8 months. He has been dealing with MTN H/O for last 8 months. Complaint still not resolved. Want to cancel this contract with immediate effect as we are not recieving any responce other than ref no afterref no from MTN. And problem is not resolveled at all.
