Incorrect billing leads to more costs

For the last 3 months I had money coming off my account and was trying to figure out who was taking my money. I reversed the charges and blocked the company only for the amounts to change which makes the transactions to go through. More than once a day when it comes to the end of the month money went off my accounts. After getting through to various agencies acting on their behalf i eventually got hold of them. I was promised action but received no further calls back. it takes you hours to get through to the correct person then there is no resolving the matter and the next month more money goes off! Eventually after three months I hear from them that they had a "system crash" and that debit orders from 8 years ago are being re-billed!!! they did not bother to contact a single customer informing them of this?? I am sure there were loads of people complaining. I have emailed statements but yet no response as to when this is being resolved!!
Jaco promised that Fiona would call back, 4 days later no response! Rochelle was the only willing person and said I should send another email to Karen Walker still awaiting a response from KW . p.s. As i'm typing, I am on hold for 18 minutes...
