I took my blackberry in at Altech Key West branch when it died on me that morning, it could not charge or do anything. I was told that my 1yr warranty had expired in June and they could not fix it, fair enough. I was shockingly adviced by a friend of mine who is also with autopage who's 1yr warranty had expired in March on her blackberry, had her phone replaced by Autopage because it was still under Blackberry warranty which is a 2yr warranty. I've found myself spending more money on airtime as I need data bundles on the nokia as opposed to having them inclusive on the contract that i have on my blackberry. This is such inconvenience as I am unemployed. Yet again Altech has proven that their staff has very little product knowledge.
