ALTECH - DECEITFUL, DEVIOUS AND VERY POOR MORALS

I called Altech Autopage in Dec/Jan requesting notification when I reach my data limit & the
consultant advised & confirmed that it would be done, also the 2nd sim on my data contract could be converted to a new contract. In Jan my bill was R600 over, Feb R800 over & March R1943 over. When I called on 19/03/2013 to query this I was told that no notification on data or the 2nd sim conversion was possible or could be done. I complained abt the incorrect info given & it was escalated. There was no response. I called again on 04/04 & advised the consultant of the initial complaint & that the data notification changes show as pending on the request log on Altech's my Acc Pro, he said that there was no record of any call received regarding such a request & after much attitude & sarcasm, I was told the lady handling the complaint will contact me. Still no feedback. I called today @ 11:03 & left a message for the lady to contact me, still no contact. When I checked my Acc Pro today I see the request was removed, as if it never existed and the request was never made but AS PER FEB INVOICE I was CHARGED for DATA NOTIFICATION via SMS and EMAIL which according to Altech was never received.
