HOLES IN CEILING STILL NOT REPAIRED 6 MONTHS

We had adsl installed in November 2012 and the technician put 2 nice holes in my ceiling.

Since then I have spoken many many times to Puleng Mahowa at the Greymont offices without any success. VARIOUS PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS THAT ARE DELETED WITHOUT BEING READ BY USELSS PULENG, her manager JJ SOMDAKA, I HAVE EMAIL MANY TIMES, I HAVE THE PROOF, WITHOUT ANY SUCCESS OF A RESPONSE.

BY WHEN CAN MY CEILINGS BE FIXED THAT YOU TELKOM!?!?!?

6 months an counting Telkom!!!
