Worst service eve

I phone MTN about an upgrade this morning. I'm moving from Blackberry to Samsung. It will take 3-5 working days to process, which is fine. What is not fine is that MTN immediately suspended my Blackberry services - without telling me - and now refuse to reconnect me and say I have to wait for my new phone to arrive. How poor is THAT service?
