Late ADSL line

I ordered an ADSL line from Telkom on the 20th of March. I've been phoning them every two days for a status update and every time they just tell me that "Networking" is busy and there is nothing they can do, I must just wait. How on earth can it take so long to get a line installed? How come no-one can tell me what is going on? I want to give you money people, wake up!
