I submitted a claim for a damaged ceiling that was approved early May. The contractor messed the job up by making random OVERSIZE holes for down-lights and not repairing any of the electrical work in the ceiling. So I have no lights and ugly holes all over my ceiling.
Now every time I have to follow up with the claims department I get told that they are waiting for reports from the contractor!!! The CONtractor has been at my home a few times to look at the nonsense they made and then just drive off!!! Its been almost 4 months and counting and not once has anyone from SAHL insurance got back to me or has anyone come to fix the poor workmanship. Every time I call I get told that they will get back to me shortly, this never happens! If your contractor let you down, send someone else that is a professional! No need for your clients to suffer because of incompetence! GET THE RIGHT PEOPLE TO HANDLE YOUR CLAIMS AND YOU WONT HAVE THESE ISSUES!!!
