TELKOM IS THE WORST PROVIDER. I HAVE BEEN WITH TELKOM FOR MANY YEARS. THESE LAST 8 MONTHS MY INTERNET ADSL LINE HAS BEEN TROUBLING. MANY TIMES I HAVE CALLED TELKOM TO REPORT THE PROBLEM. THE TECHNICIAN CAME, BUT THE TECHNICIAN SAYS NOTHING IS WRONG. I CHANGED MY INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER A FEW TIMES. I ALSO BOUGHT A NEW ROUTER. STILL THE SAME. I HAVE DECIDED THAT IF THIS ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED, I WIL CANCEL WITH TELKOM AND WRITE AN ARTICLE ON ALL THE NEWSPAPERS. I WILL POST ON ALL THE FORUMS ABOUTT THIS POOR SERVICE. THE PROBLEM IS THAT THE TECHNICIANS AT TELKOM ARE NOT FULLY QUALIFIED AND THAT IS WHY THEY CANNOT FIND ANY PROBLEM.
