I got my phone back after almost 2months that I've waited and faught with the the store. I send my phone in to get the software fixed and after receiving in just a week it is still giving problems with the phone that freezes and gives me errors and lots of trouble, sometimes the blackberry messenger is not working.
This problem has been going on for a while now and I'm fed up!!!
There is obviously something wrong with this phone, I want something to be done about it without me not having a phone! I want a new phone or you (cell c) should release me of my contract, this is too much now. My work depend on my phone, sending emails etc to my klients everyday on site and toe my workers, I can't go a day without a phone! Something needs to be done.
