Fault on Telkom Line

I have been reporting a fault on our Telkom line for days now and no one can give me an update as to when the fault will be attended to. All the consultants apologise and say that I will be receiving progress sms, but I have received non to date. They say a technician has been assigned to the fault but that he has not reported back to them. I work from home and it is imperative that the fault is addressed as soon as possible, at the very least let us know when it will be addressed. We had the line installed less than 2months ago and already it is faulty.
