Telkom hasn't fixed line fault

Line fault reported on 29th of October and problem still not resolved. Phoned help line 5 times and fault been escalated! They have had all sorts of stories from fault assigned to wrong department etc. This isn't acceptable - fault report number 160CEZ291013
