So you lay a complaint someone phones you to apologise and promise you they will sort it out and say things like "this is not how we operate" "this is not the service we offer" "we will get to the bottom of this" so you feel a bit better and glad its getting sorted and then what? Weeks go by and you don't hear another word so clearly nothing is being done and you just expect the complainant to disappear quietly. Next step consumer council I guess - disgraceful MTN!
