Just to continue my billing 'crisis'. My phones are still on pay as you go [altered without notification or reasoning]. I do get the odd phone call from this Sipho fellow but he is beyond incapable of sorting out an issue. These guys just read what's on the screen in front of them and cannot fathom how to do anything else. Well, I finally, after many months on the one issue and a year and a bit on the other, have sent my complaint to the consumer protection council. Lets see if that gets their attention. Doubt it. Next step is to report them to the Ombudsman and then if not sorted, I will have to take them to court. This is the logic of NM, rather spend R100, 000 in legal fees than sort out a R30, 000 odd issue amicably
