I registered a complaint on the 16th January 2012 with the consumer council. The reference no. of the case is NCC/01/12/FOURIE/14293. There was feedback until August 2012 and since then nothing. I emailed the case handlers and phoned the NCC offices without any success. Will you be able to be of any assistance. I run a small business and in short, the complaint is about a supplier not wanting to take back defective goods and replace or repair according to NCC rules.
