A complainant was accused of making a complaint about our company. I requested that this complaint be removed as it was a and that the complaint was made up due to the amounts that the complainant had said we had charged.
HelloPeter contacted me and said that the complainant does not want the post removed so they will leave it.
The complainant contacted me this morning to tell me that they had never made a complaint.
I have requested that HelloPeter remove this post immediately!
This is bad for business and for reasons we cannot understand.
HelloPeter is here for people to air their opinions about companies that do not bring a service that is promised, it is not here to entertain or destroy or defame companies based on or complaints that are not legitimate.
