On numerous occasions I have submitted network queries. Currently the quality of data connection is making it impossible for me to use certain functions of the phone as well as certain applications that rely heavily on data. The applications will fail to connect and even a simple task of communicating on whatsap will not function as data does not connect. I have submitted this network form on 5/3/2013, 6/3/2013, 7/3/2013 and 13/3/2013. I was promised feedback in a mail from Cell C received 14 March, within 4 working days. It is now 2 weeks later and still no feedback and still the problem persists. I again submitted a query on ref number TT1760383 on 26/3/2013 and still no response and Im stuck on EDGE making this phone useless for anything other than sending an SMS.
