On the 16th of May I requested a recon of my claims to recon my self payment gap. I then send my questions and additional claims that was not taken off my self payment gap on Friday the 17th of May.By Monday an e-mail arrived to my word e-mail address and Prince Musa responded by claiming that the Lancet claim of 12 January was accounted for... but my Lancet claim was for May... By Tuesday the 21st of May I contacted the call centre and the lady said they will get back to me by end of business wednesday as Discovery gets 3 days to sort out a claim, she was referring to the recon I had send the previous friday, I then resend all the documents and the same recon back to [email protected] the 22nd of May I receive an e-mail again to my work address from Erinn Greeff stating that discovery cant assist me because I am sending correspondence from a different e-mail address. Yet my work address is the one where Discovery has constantly send back info (the wrong info) but still corresponding with me. The lancet claim was send on the 13th of May and it has still not been taken off my self payment gap! There''s more queries that needs to be sorted as per my recon send 17th May!!
