Hi,
I have two (2) contracts phones with 8.ta/Telkom Mobile, and on the 28th March 2013 they both stopped working and I took it lightly. On the 1st April 2013, I started reporting them (phones) and I was told that they have debited R 64.75 LESS and the will sort it out and they never did - up until today. She (Charmaine) keeps on telling that she has escalated the case with back office, and today is exactly ten (days) and still not connected - now I have been told that I need to pay the amount (R 64.75) - why did not they tell me from the word do?
Furthermore, I don't have their banking details - they don't appear on the monthly bills. However, I have requested them, and this creates a serious inconvenience because I have to drive 60km and join the queues at the bank.
I feel it is not fair, because, if it was me who cancelled the contract I was going to be charged R 900.00 cancellation fee. I sometimes feel that if I had money I will hire the attorney - just to recover ALL the damages.
