Having problems with connection speeds for the past few weeks.
Had been promised, guaranteed and assured multiple times that my connection would be stable and would stay within the desired speeds once crossed over to new system.

Was told to look at other options because the system didn't seem to be satisfactory (take business elsewhere).
Requested to speak to superior and was denied and told that the manager would contact me.
Still waiting after 3 or 4 weeks.
have reported many problems since as well as emailed people responsible, on their private emails, concerning the phone call and connection speeds but to no avail.
Still yet to be contacted...
Don't know about anyone else but this is not service. I might as well walk into their offices and assist myself.
How can anyone operate a company etc with speeds far below a meg where it should be sitting at far higher.
Just because we have to get a hefty discount every month for their cockup, doesn't mean we should be getting stupid speeds...
