They can not add they rip people off

I have a dongle top up of R100.00 and cell phone on a top up of R 200.00 and now they present a sms saying that i need to pay R1193.71 immediately how is that possible R200.00 R100.00 = R300.00 and i pay my account every month via eft... i just spoke lee and she also said that they cannot charge me more than what i am paying as it is a top account and not a normal account .. i think that someone needs to teach them how to ADD
