Woza online refuses payment

I have tried to renew my Woza online website through the designated Vodacom online surfaces as per their emailed instruction. They have refused payment on the grounds of me not using Internet Explorer (I use Firefox) plus their helpline tells me a they can't help me plus I must use a credit card or SOME debit cards. They can't tell me which. I have a mastercard. I have emailed their address which they gave me and it tells me that they can't reply because they do not recognize my email address (the very one they sent the notice to)
Their other number is on constant error.
So apart from letting the service lapse in 90days, I would have to use another service for my website since they have gone to the trouble for an elaborate advertising and money collecting scheme that does not work, and no back office can help.
