THE WORST AND GREEDY SERVICE PROVIDER IN TELECOMUN

I am logging a complaint for the thrid time with Autopage. They are worst service provider i have ever dealt with. Previously they were charging me for services that I never subscribed to and they did that for a long time despite my complaints. On the 28th February 2013 they have duplicated debit orders for the same month in one day. I had three debit orders from them in one day. They have debited my account twice for the same month, same reference, same amount. I have called them to complain and instead of reversing the charges they are sending me in circles. It is an inconvenience and a waste of money for me to keep phoning and being transferred from one department to another and no resolution in the end. No one is willing to take responsibility to fix this. I need my money back and be reimbursed for the inconveniences. I called the call centre, who then gave me a number to call the credit department, and did not want to transfer me. I called the number she gave me, and spoke to a rude lady called Marcia. She still didn't help me. My experience with Autopage is that if you don't check your statements regularly they become greedy and take the clients' money without consent. Help!
