It is now 09 April 2013. The new financial year for telkom. I still don't have any line at my Company.
I have kept phoning to get feedback with no proper response whatsoever. only to tell me that I still cannot get any lines and that my orders are put on indefinite. Apparently there are not enough orders in my area to justify me becoming a customers of theirs. This is utterly disgusting service from telkom. Me being in a IT Retail store deal with customers constantly asking me who to go for proper internet in the entire East Rand area. I would never recommend them and tell all customers what bad service I am receiving.
I have lodged a complaint before on Hello Peter and didn't even get a proper response.
Please if someone could help me that would be really appreciated.
