Ticket numbers: MDF-46877-344, EPN-67233-836, BXL-62535-383, e-mails to Thabo Nkoala. Phoning the client services number holding on for 15 minutes with no answer, eventually getting through to the call center and person not being able to resolve the issue. BAD SERVICE all round from this supplier. This has been the last in a series of bad service I have been receiving in the last 3 years, no of my renewals will be through this supplier.
