Sipho did indeed contact me yesterday, I had already received the phone. I got it all activated this morning and it seems to be working perfectly... (Crossing fingers nothing goes wrong). Thank you for the speedy response on Hello Peter, I just hope that you will work on your turn around time. I also would like to compliment your call center consultants for their patience and calmness every time I called, I was assisted without any attitude. They are well trained to deal with unpleasant customers indeed. Thank you Sipho for your time to follow up and update me.
