I would like to by turns, apologize to and heap praise on Lawrence at the Sandton branch. My previous post seemingly implicated him when he was also kept in the dark regarding what was happening with the repair of my phone. Despite this he still conducted himself in a professional manner in resolving my problem. Perhaps better lines of communication should be opened within the company as it appears promises are made telephonically via the call centre that consultants can't reasonably be expected to meet physically. Great job Lawrence.
